for The Batik Boutique. It consists of lap quilts and baby quilts. I am now quite proficient in machine sewing the bindings.
Table runners – both whole cloth and pieced.
Reusable snack packs. Its my first time sewing with non-fabric material (shower curtains) and Velcro. I adapted this pattern to fit a sandwich made of standard white bread.
And others such as bookmarks, coasters, and embellishing tea towels with what else, batiks.
My location: Klang Valley, Malaysia.
Starting in June 2016, I am actively teaching patchwork and quilting. My main base is at Fabric Fanatics The Summit USJ. Contact me for personal or group classes.
My crafting is diverse starting when I was young. My current love is making hand dye threads (HDTs), quilting, and tatting. What I wish to accomplish in the near future are hand embroidery and bobbin lace.
I am an aunt to eleven little people: Imran, Hasnah, Amelia, Aisha, Alisha, Luqman, Shakira, Sofia, Shahnaz, Nadia Elsa, Umar, Natasha, and Daniel (June 2018).
